Following the establishment of our Japanese subsidiary in 2025, we are rapidly expanding across Asia, including Indonesia and India, with a mission to unlock local potential into real-world business execution. The Glocal IMPACT Cell is a high-execution unit that bridges domestic and overseas hubs to design and drive ESG, local-impact, and startup incubation projects. In Indonesia, we manage MAJU:ON—a premier startup incubation program partnered with SK Innovation E&S—and are actively expanding PoC (Proof of Concept) and B2B sales for our proprietary AI education solution, Action AI.

About the role

The MAJU:ON Project Manager will lead local program execution, university relationship management, student community engagement, and key offline events. Working closely with the Korea-based MAJU:ON Lead and local leadership, you will serve as the operational anchor driving the growth, execution quality, and overall success of the MAJU:ON incubation initiative in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relations and MoUs with 8–10 partner universities, support on-campus student recruitment, and collaborate with local partners (government, investors, corporates)

• Onboard and track students on the online LMS, monitor lecture attendance, and manage the official student online community (WhatsApp)

• Coordinate coach onboarding and communication, and act as on-site PM for key offline events (hackathons, town halls, demo days)

• Monitor university budget execution, maintain comprehensive program data, and liaise closely with Korea HQ for field reporting and operational alignment

About you

• 3–6+ years of professional experience in project management, program operations, educational operations, or incubation/accelerator programs

• Proven track record of managing stakeholders, partner universities, or educational institutions in Indonesia

• Hands-on experience planning and executing both online sessions (webinars, LMS) and offline events (demo days, hackathons, workshops)

• Full professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)

• Proficiency with online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, LMS platforms, WhatsApp community management, Zoom, Slack, Notion)

• Based in or near Jakarta, with flexibility for local travel for campus visits and offline event execution

• Prior experience working in a startup incubator, accelerator, university entrepreneurship center, or corporate CSR/ESG program

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and data-driven project tracking capabilities

• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills for seamless collaboration with Korea HQ and local university stakeholders

• Proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-execution environment
