Indonesia Pre-sales Engineer- Kubernetes - Chinese Speaking

We are hiring a Pre-sales Engineer for a fast-growing international cloud-native technology company expanding in Indonesia. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our regional/HQ team, supporting the sales cycle with technical solutions in the Kubernetes, container platform, and DevOps space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.

• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and pre-sales technical support. Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.

• Collect and sort out the needs from the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.

• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.

• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

• 2 - 5 years of experience in pre-sales, R&D, or operations/maintenance in cloud computing or IT

• Familiar with mainstream cloud-native/container platform products, especially Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes

• Experience at IT / Internet companies is preferred

• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Professional English; conversational Mandarin preferred

• Willing to visit client sites, remote for the rest of the time

Nice to Have

• Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, OpenShift EX280/EX288) or CKA/CKAD

• Experience at Red Hat or a Red Hat partner/system integrator

• Experience working with Chinese companies or teams
