In-house Photographer & Videographer · Editing & AI Visuals Bali-Based

About the role

You create the visual content of our clients from start to finish: you shoot, you edit, and you generate AI visuals when a campaign calls for it. You work closely with our account managers and designers to bring each brand's art direction to life.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot photo and video on location across Bali: villas, hotels, spas, restaurants, products and lifestyle scenes

• Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok: cutting, color grading, sound, subtitles and transitions

• Retouch and deliver photo sets ready to post

• Create AI-generated photos and visuals for campaigns, product shots and mood scenes

• Follow each client's brand guidelines and bring new ideas on formats and trends

About you

• Based in Bali, with your own transport to reach shoots

• 2+ years of experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio featuring premium brands (hospitality, real estate, wellness or beauty is a strong plus)

• Confident with editing tools: Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut

• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Higgsfield, Midjourney or similar)

• Equipped with your own camera kit, ideally

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, French is a bonus

• Organised, reliable on deadlines, with a sharp eye for aesthetics
