Videographer, Photographer & Editor

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Video & Photo Editing team, including workflow, quality, and project timelines.

• Develop and maintain ZAP Group's visual editing standards and creative direction.

• Oversee the editing of video and photo content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing activities.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, Social Media, and other teams to translate concepts into compelling visual content.

• Ensure all visual content is aligned with ZAP Group's brand identity and campaign objectives.

• Review and provide creative feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual outputs.

• Manage multiple projects and prioritize deliverables according to business needs.

• Keep up with current trends in video editing, photography, social media content, motion graphics, and digital visual storytelling.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Film, Creative Media, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in video/photo editing, creative production, or related roles, with experience in a leadership position.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent editing tools.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color grading, motion graphics, and social media content.

• Experience managing a creative team and working with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant video and photo editing work is required.

• Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, agency, or digital industry is a plus.
