Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Group HR Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing assistance in various HR functions. This role involves collaborating with venue-level HR personnel, conducting audits, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations across multiple venues

• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration

• Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations

• Maintain accurate and confidential talent records

• Support performance management, payroll, and benefits administration

• Assist with talent relations, training, and employee development

• Prepare HR reports, monitor HR metrics, and support process improvements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• Proven experience in HR operations or a related role, preferably within the hospitality industry

• Knowledge of HRIS, labour laws, and HR best practices

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality
