With multiple locations across Bali, we are committed to delivering high-quality services through a professional, customer-focused team. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Development to join our growing team.

Job Description

• Handle recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding.

• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and discipline.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

• Coordinate employee training and development programs.

• Conduct employee performance evaluations.

• Handle employee relations, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.

• Prepare regular HR reports and coordinate with branch managers.

Job Specification

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Experience in hospitality, salon, spa, or retail industries is an advantage.

• Domiciled in Bali.
