1. Implement and monitor the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs.
2. Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
4. Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, and prepare reports with corrective and preventive action recommendations.
5. Manage emergency preparedness programs and ensure the readiness of safety equipment and emergency response facilities.
6. Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture among employees.
7. Support internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing environment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
4. Familiarity with risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response procedures.
5. HSE-related certifications (e.g., General OHS Expert/Ahli K3 Umum).
6. Basic understanding of environmental systems and permits (SIMPEL KLHK, PROPER, etc.).
7. Basic knowledge of WWTP/IPAL, waste management, and pollution control equipment.
8. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
10. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
11. Intermediate level of English (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
12. Good communication and coordination skills.
13. Willing to travel for business purposes.
