Position: HSE Compliance & Risk Management

Placement: Pemalang, Jawa Tengah

About Us
PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/).
Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation for internal and external audit process

• Reviewing the company's social compliance standards

• Renewing company permits for Occupational Health and Safety

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring Occupational Health and Safety / Hiperkes

• Hold AK3 Umum and Industrial Hygiene KEMNAKER / BNSP

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the related field

• Understanding Occupational Health and Safety legal compliance

• Experience in handling the buyer audit process

• Fluent in English both spoken and written

• Good attitude, able to work independently and as a part of the team
