About Us

PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company, Stella Group International, based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/).

Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage B3 waste storage (TPS) according to company SOP and applicable environmental regulations.

• Monitor and record incoming and outgoing B3 waste accurately.

• Coordinate the collection, handling, and transportation of waste to the treatment or disposal area.

• Ensure proper waste labeling, documentation, and reporting.

• Support waste spill and emergency handling while maintaining proper Occupational Safety and Health (K3) practices.

• Prepare regular reports related to waste management and environmental compliance.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper waste handling and resolve operational issues.

• Support environmental compliance and continuous improvement activities.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.

• Familiar with B3 waste management and environmental regulations.

• Experience or certification related to PLB3 is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiar with waste management documentation systems or ERP applications is a plus.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal, is a plus.

• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work with chemicals and wastewater.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
