Needs Analysis:

• Work with clients to understand their HR processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Translate client needs into HRIS configurations and workflows.

System Configuration:

• Configure the HRIS system to meet client-specific requirements, including modules such as employee database, payroll, attendance, leave, and performance management.
• Test configurations for accuracy and functionality.

Data Migration:

• Manage data migration from legacy systems to the new HRIS.
• Ensure data integrity and perform necessary validations.

Training and Support:

• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Documentation:

• Create detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
• Maintain records of client interactions and implementation progress.

Continuous Improvement:

• Gather feedback from clients to enhance future implementations.
• Stay updated on HRIS trends, updates, and best practices.

Persyaratan

• Min. 1 year of experience in related role (data processing, or most preferable HRIS Implementation)
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and modules (e.g., payroll, attendance, and performance management).
• Strong understanding of data migration processes and tools.
• Proficient in Excel and other data management tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with SaaS HRIS systems is preferre
