HRBP Staff (Bali)

Responsibilities :

• Manage and execute HR lifecycle process including recruitment, onboarding, employee relation, performance management, and offboarding, especially for store operational needs.

• Partners with Operational Department to align HR strategy to business strategy.

• Evaluates issues, patterns and trends to provide proactive insight for HR solution.

• Partners with HRIS, Payroll, and Compensation and Benefit functions as needed to provide solution for employee.

• Support workforce planning, headcount monitoring, and manpower allocation based on operational requirements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management/Psychology/Industrial Engineering.

• At least 2 years of working experiences as HRBP or HR Generalist, especially in Retail industry.

• Analytical thinker, detail oriented, good administration skills and strong knowledge Indonesian labor regulations.

• Responsive, good personality and has high motivation in retail environment.

• Good communications skills in English is a MUST, Mandarin to be advantage.

• Willing to placed at Bali area and mobile around the stores (Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Java and Sulawesi Island area) and able to work well under pressure situation.
