HRBP Section Head (Factory)

About the role

Build your career with Enesis Group as a HRBP Section Head (Factory). This is a full-time position for the factory/plant located in South Cikarang PT Sari Enesis Indah, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the plant's HRGA sections, including organization development, talent development, performance management, general services and industrial relations within factory/plant.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects in HR & GA section to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

• Develop, update, and socialize HR policies and procedures to ensure that every business decision made has considered the HRGA's point of view

• Conduct organizational reviews to evaluate and optimize structures, roles, and processes that align with business goals

• Develop and implement employee development programs to ensure employees acquire the required skills to meet business goals and continuously enhance their competencies

• Implement performance management system to track and enhance employee development and manage performance appraisal cycle

• Manage employee on/offboarding, transfers within the company, and ensure all the processes are aligned with the applied regulation

• Do effective, thorough and objective investigations for encountered HRGA-related matters, followed by proposing a solution with an action plan

• Champion and incorporate ACTIVE culture and values in all aspects of the work

• Oversee GA operations and manage IR matters to maintain a safe and conducive work environment

• Liaise with HRBP Lead in order to solve any HRGA-related business issues which require HRBP expertise, initiative, and service

About you

• Bachelor degree in any field (preferably Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law or related fields)

• Minimum 3 years experience as an HRGA or HRBP Supervisor in manufacturing company

• Hands-on experience in Organization Management, People Development, and Performance Management

• Excellence in command, good interpersonal skill, negotiation, and problem-solving skill

• Able to use HR system (HRIS) and MS Office Suite

• Willing to be placed at Factory (Plant) in South Cikarang, West Java
