Store & Asset Management Staff

About the role

Enesis Group is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store & Asset Management Staff to support inventory control, spare parts management, and warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure stock accuracy, proper material storage, and efficient warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure stock availability and accuracy.

• Handle material receiving, issuing, stock checking, and stock opname activities.

• Ensure materials are stored properly according to their Bin Location/Storage Bin.

• Monitor stock movements, inventory accuracy, and slow-moving items.

• Perform inventory transactions using SAP WMS and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to support smooth warehouse operations.

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.

• Basic knowledge of spare parts management and inventory control.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with SAP WMS is preferred.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
