HR Trainer Group Leader - Store AEON Tanjung Barat

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major with proven experience in deliver training with minimum 3 years experience as trainer, preferably in retail industry

• Strong understanding of training delivery & training methodology

• Good leadership and team supervision skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skill

• Passionate in teaching and developing people

• Fluent in English

• Have training certification will be an advantage

• Willing working with shifting schedule following Mall Operational Hour.

• Willing to be placed AEON Mall Tanjung Barat - Jakarta Selatan
  

Job Role

• Conduct training to every employee, apprentice and outsource in appointed store

• Orchestrate a range of training activities in appointed store, starting from scheduling to reporting

• Prepare training tools and training equipment

• Coordinate with HR Training Head Quarter to deliver training program

• Monitor apprenticeships program

• Support store management to ensure every employee and outsource follow company regulation

• Propose ideas to HR Training Head Quarter to make improvement in Training Department.

• Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
