HR Supervisor

About the role

An experienced HR Supervisor to support HR operations in Morowali Industrial Park. The role will be responsible for managing local recruitment, personnel administration, and coordinating communication between Chinese and Indonesian teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local recruitment and hiring processes.

• Handle personnel management and HR administration.

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between Chinese and Indonesian teams.

• Support HR operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

• Assist with other HR-related activities as required.

Requirements:

• Indonesian national/resident.

• Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to use Mandarin as a working language and handle business translation.

• Experience in HR or Recruitment is preferred; candidates with relevant management experience are also welcome.

• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced industrial park environment.
