About the role

Technical Business Analyst to act as a bridge between client requirements and our technical R&D team, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the development process.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between client requirements and technical R&D team

• Ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the development process

Requirements:

• Based in Jakarta (Indonesian resident / Valid Work Permit)

• Fluent in Indonesian & Mandarin (Speaking & Writing)

• IT / Computer Science background or 2+ years of technical project experience / technical role.

• Ability to read and understand interface documentation and basic front-end/back-end architecture

• Familiar with AI products (LLM applications, intelligent customer service, RAG, etc.).

• Familiar with Figma, Jira, Confluence & Postman

• Cross-border collaboration experience is a plus
