HR Generalist Officer

About the role

We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Denpasar and support our people, from hiring to daily employee relations in the food & beverage industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for F&B outlet and operational teams

• Handle employee administration, attendance, payroll support, and BPJS

• Maintain employee relations and support a positive work culture

• Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations

• Support training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in F&B / hospitality

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field

• Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR administration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

• Prefered based in Bali
