HR Generalist at Uluwatu

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at PT. Impian Property Management in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position based in Uluwatu, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function across our operations. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of HR activities that directly impact employee engagement, organisational culture, and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work in the dynamic hospitality and tourism sector, contributing to the success of our property management services whilst supporting our team's growth and development.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and local labour regulations

• Administering employee benefits, payroll support, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation

• Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary procedures

• Coordinating employee training and development programmes to enhance skills and career progression

• Handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner

• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour laws and regulations in all HR activities

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives

• Conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding processes

• Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive HR matters

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or property management sectors

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and labour regulations

• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to identifying HR challenges and solutions

• Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Preferred: Experience with HR administration software and familiarity with the Bali business environment
