HR Generalist

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.

- Must have prior working experience in Recruitment.

- Proven experience in massive recruitment is a mandatory requirement.

- Experienced in candidate sourcing through various recruitment platforms and channels.

- Proficient in CV screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and coordinating with hiring managers.

- Able to work with strict recruitment targets, tight deadlines, and under high-pressure situations.

- Target-oriented, resilient, and capable of managing multiple recruitment needs simultaneously.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

- Execute massive recruitment activities to fulfill the company’s manpower requirements.

- Conduct candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, and selection.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and candidate requirements.

- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure hiring targets are achieved within established deadlines.

- Maintain recruitment efficiency and quality while handling high-volume hiring demands.
