Gaji: 3 juta + bonus

Job description:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces).

• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies.

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to regulations.

• Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including Indonesia’s health protocols (e.g., CHSE certification for hospitality settings, if applicable).

• Restock cleaning supplies and manage inventory efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service, responding politely to guest or resident requests.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and safety, including proper use of cleaning agents.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum SMP (Junior High School) or SMA (Senior High School) diploma preferred; no formal education required for some entry-level positions.

• Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training is often provided).
