Housekeeping Manager

About the role

WYSE Property Management Lombok is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations across all villas managed by the company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality, good leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, neatness, villa appearance, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all villas managed by the company

• Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure consistency in service standards

• Develop and implement cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality control systems

• Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure cleanliness, neatness, and readiness before guest arrivals

• Manage housekeeping work schedules, linen inventory, cleaning supplies, and work equipment

• Coordinate with villa supervisors, property management team, and maintenance team

• Monitor staff performance and ensure operational efficiency

• Maintain high housekeeping standards in accordance with luxury hospitality industry expectations

About you

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in housekeeping at star-rated hotels, luxury villas, or resorts

• Must have previous experience in a housekeeping supervisor or manager position

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• High attention to detail and excellent cleanliness standards

• Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage multiple properties simultaneously and coordinate housekeeping teams effectively

• Able to communicate well in English and Indonesian

• Willing to work and reside in South Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara
