About the role

As a Cleaner or Housekeeping Hotel, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities according to hotel standards. You will ensure all areas remain neat and clean while coordinating with other team members to complete daily tasks and administrative duties related to cleanliness and guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Clean floors, replace bed sheets, and tidy guest rooms

• Spray and arrange rooms to maintain hotel standards

• Ensure all areas remain neat and clean

• Coordinate with other team members to complete cleaning and administrative tasks

• Maintain awareness of guest needs and communicate effectively

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK

• Basic skills in customer service

• Hotel and factory cleaning experience

• Teamwork and collaboration abilities

• Experience in office cleaning, cleaning services, and administration is a plus
