Head of Maintenance (Bali Based)

BaliSuperHost is currently seeking a professional and experienced Head of Maintenance to support our engineering operations and ensure the highest standard of property maintenance across our units.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Operational Manager in overseeing daily engineering and maintenance operations

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance

• Ensure all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, function efficiently and safely

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering team

• Monitor maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Experience in the hospitality or property industry is preferred)

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of building systems and preventive maintenance

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
