Head Of IT

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of IT to lead our technology strategy and digital transformation across a growing multi-brand restaurant group.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a technology leader who can go beyond IT operations—shaping how technology, data, and AI drive business growth, operational efficiency, and better decision-making across our restaurant network.

The ideal candidate combines strong technology expertise with business and financial acumen, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business growth, operational priorities, and expansion plans.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and data visibility.

• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to create measurable business impact.

• Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and their potential business and financial impact.

2. Enterprise Systems & IT Infrastructure

• Oversee the implementation, optimization, and integration of core systems, including POS, ERP, CRM, inventory, and other business applications.

• Ensure reliable and scalable IT infrastructure across all locations, including networks, servers, databases, hardware, and software.

• Ensure technology systems effectively support the operational needs of a growing restaurant network.

3. Data, Analytics & AI

• Drive the development of data and analytics capabilities, including dashboards and reporting tools for business performance and decision-making.

• Identify and implement practical AI and automation solutions across areas such as forecasting, workforce planning, customer insights, and operational workflows.

• Promote data-driven decision-making across business functions.

4. Technology Investment & Financial Management

• Evaluate technology investments based on ROI, cost efficiency, scalability, and long-term business value.

• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology partnerships to maximize value.

• Build a technology roadmap that balances business needs, financial priorities, and future scalability.

5. Cybersecurity & IT Governance

• Establish and maintain effective data governance, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery frameworks.

• Ensure appropriate controls are in place to protect company data, systems, and business continuity.

6. Leadership & Business Partnership

• Lead, develop, and build a high-performing IT team with a strong service and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, and other business functions to deliver technology solutions that create measurable business outcomes.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the IT function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, covering IT operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and technology transformation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B/Restaurant industry, preferably within a multi-brand restaurant group.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head of IT, IT Director, or equivalent senior IT leadership position.

• Proven experience leading IT operations and technology initiatives across multiple locations/outlets.

• Strong understanding of POS, ERP, CRM, inventory, and other business systems within an operational environment.

• Strong experience in digital transformation, data analytics, AI, automation, and technology implementation.

• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate technology decisions based on ROI, cost-benefit, and long-term business value.

• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Strategic, hands-on, commercially minded, and results-oriented.
