Head of HR (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Build and execute overall people strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design.

• Executive Advisory: Partner with the CEO and board members on major business decisions, talent insights, and risk management.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and direct HR managers and functional specialists across talent acquisition, rewards, and learning.

• Culture & Relations: Drive employee engagement, champion company culture, and resolve complex employee relations.

• Operations & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, data analytics, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Core Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in HR, including senior leadership roles.

• Competencies: Advanced emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, data analysis, and strong conflict-resolution skills.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment laws, HRIS platforms, and compensation frameworks.

• Language: English and Mandarin.
