Guest Service Assistant

We are looking for a Guest Service Assistant to support the day-to-day communication with our current and future villa guests. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day guest communication across villas

• Respond to guest questions, requests, and updates in a timely and professional manner

• Support guests before, during, and after their stay

• Coordinate with the wider team to ensure guest needs are communicated clearly

• Help deliver a high-quality guest experience across all Luxury Spaces properties

• Support booking enquiries as the role develops

• Learn and grow within the business as Luxury Spaces continues to expand
  
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with strong written communication skills

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously

• Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure

• Friendly, caring, and guest-focused attitude

• Eager to learn and grow within a hospitality environment

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is an advantage but not essential
