Guest Relation Officer (GRO)

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.

3. Strong commitment to exceptional guest service and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide appropriate advice and recommendations to guests.

5. High level of integrity and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

6. Proficiency in hotel management systems, particularly VHP.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Fluent in written and spoken English.

9. Willingness to be based in Bali, Indonesia.
