Growth & Expansion Supervisor

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to support our Marketing & Commercial initiatives, drive business growth, and expand Sakamoto Indonesia's learning center network. This role will focus on market research, business opportunity analysis, marketing support, and commercial performance monitoring to achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential markets, target customers, and new business opportunities.

• Support the development and execution of marketing and commercial strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and student enrollment.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and center performance to identify growth opportunities.

• Support promotional campaigns, local marketing initiatives, and customer acquisition programs across learning centers.

• Monitor sales performance, enrollment targets, and commercial KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

• Identify potential locations for new learning centers and support expansion feasibility assessments.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Center Operations teams to ensure effective execution of growth initiatives.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in marketing, commercial, business development, or market research is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

• Willing to travel for market surveys and business development activities when required.
