General Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing P&L, operational efficiency, budgeting and business growth

• Formulating business growth strategy

• Leading, directing and evaluating all divisions

• Overseeing governance, financial compliance and risk management

• Reporting business performance periodically to the BOD

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Engineering (MBA/S2 is a plus)

• At least 5 years of experience in the same industry

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a Senior Manager / BM position

• Proven track record in financial literacy, risk management & scaling up

• Proven success in leading teams, increasing profitability, or managing national/regional scale projects

• Executive leadership, high-level negotiation, problem solving, decision making & visionary
