About the role

We are seeking a talented GA Staff - Mandarin Speaker to join our dynamic team at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia. As a full-time employee, you will be based in our offices in North Jakarta, Jakarta and play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and assist with General Affairs (GA) activities, including facilities management, and administrative support

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers, to ensure the smooth running of daily operations

• Provide excellent customer service and support to our employees, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns

• Maintain and update relevant records, documents, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Assist with the organisation and coordination of company events and activities

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements

• Perform other general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar General Affairs or administrative support role

• Coordinate and process applications for new KITAS, including required documentation

• Liaise with immigration agents or legal consultants

• Prepare and submit necessary documents to immigration and related agencies (e.g., RPTKA, IMTA/Notification, SKTT)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
