Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary

Develop and maintain Fortu's internal digital ecosystem: the company website, CMS, and operational tools (sales dashboard, quotation system, project tracking). Reports to the CTO and Director.

Responsibilities

• Develop features for the fortu.co.id website and the internal CMS (end-to-end: frontend, backend, database)

• Build and maintain internal tools: sales & profitability dashboard, quotation system, operational reporting

• Integrate data from existing sources (finance spreadsheets, CRM, forms)

• Write technical documentation and keep the codebase in a state others can pick up

• Testing, deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting

• Translate sales/ops requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science

• 2–4 years of full-stack experience

• Comfortable working in Agile

• React/Next.js/Vue/Vite + Node/FastAPI

• Familiar with relational databases, REST APIs, Git, and deployment (Vercel/Railway)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kotlin

• Experience integrating AI/LLM into production applications

• IoT experience

• Familiar with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
