Java Backend Developer

Qualification/Description

a. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java.

b. Experience deploying and managing applications on JBoss and/or Kubernetes.

c. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

d. Experience working in agile development environments.

e. Prior experience in leading or mentoring software engineers is a plus.

f. Proficient in Java and backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Quarkus).

g. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

h. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB).

i. Experience with workflow platform (e.g IBM BAW)

j. Experience with Business Rule Management System (e.g IBM ODM)
