Software Developer (Oracle Netsuite)

• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite based on business requirements.
• Build and manage NetSuite customizations.
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform bug fixes, and improve system performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment of new features.
• Ensure system security, stability, and compliance with best practices.

Persyaratan

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Software Developer or ERP Developer in retail or FMCG industries.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (implementation, customization, or support).
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript (JavaScript-based), workflows, and NetSuite configurations.
• Experience with system integrations using APIs.
• Understanding of ERP concepts and business processes, especially finance and accounting, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
