Floor Supervisor

Triple Egg and Wok This Way Restaurant are looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Floor Supervisors, with placements available at each location.

We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, discipline, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. We value teamwork, a willingness to learn, and the drive to continuously grow and improve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate floor staff during daily operations.

• Manage staff schedules, task assignments, and team performance.

• Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints professionally.

• Oversee cashier operations, POS systems, and payment procedures.

• Monitor order accuracy and service efficiency.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.

• Train staff and maintain company service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Floor Captain, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in F&B.

• Good command of English and confident in guest communication.

• Familiar with POS systems, cashier operations, and payment transactions.

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure, flexible with shifts, and customer-oriented.
