Financial, Planning & Analyst Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Financial, Planning & Analyst Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and performance management activities. This role will be responsible for providing reliable financial insights to support business evaluation, strategic decision-making, and sustainable business performance. The position will also play an important role in strengthening financial controls, managing business risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial management and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial controlling processes to support business planning and performance management.

• Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights on business performance, financial trends, and key variances.

• Evaluate business performance and provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and assess business scenarios, financial projections, and risk considerations to support business planning and decision-making.

• Strengthen internal control, financial governance, and compliance to ensure effective and accountable financial management.

• Lead, develop, and collaborate with the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• Provide financial perspectives and recommendations to management on key business initiatives and opportunities.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.

• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge and experience in budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial controlling.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis and reporting.

• Good understanding of business evaluation, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.

• Ability to assess business risks and develop financial/business scenarios.

• Strong understanding of internal control and financial governance.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
