Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee finance operations, financial reporting, and financial controls while coordinating directly with the China Head Office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Finance & Accounting operations

• Prepare and review financial reports and financial analysis

• Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards

• Coordinate financial reporting and daily finance matters with the China Head Office in Mandarin

• Lead and supervise the finance team

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience, including management or team leadership experience

• Fluent in Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing Hanzi (min HSK 5, no certification is OK)

• Able to prepare and understand financial reports in Mandarin

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and accounting principles

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Willing to WFO in PIK Office
