Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor

About the role

Lead and oversee the company's Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions. Supervise and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team and provide financial analysis and reports to Management to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily finance and accounting activities

• Review AP/AR and cash/bank transactions

• Perform account reconciliations

• Manage monthly and annual closing

• Prepare and review financial statements

• Monitor cash flow

• Strengthen internal controls

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK)

• Manage Indonesian tax compliance, including PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and Corporate Income Tax

• Coordinate with auditors or tax consultants when required

About you

• S1 Accounting/Finance

• Minimum 4 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience

• Strong understanding of financial statements, PSAK, taxation, reconciliation, closing, and internal controls

• Previous supervisory/team leadership experience

• Strong Excel skills

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, accurate, responsible, and trustworthy

• Experience using Accurate accounting software (preferred)

• Brevet Pajak A/B (preferred)
