We are currently seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Taxation Manager to join our team. This position with significant responsibility for overseeing all Financial, Accounting, and Taxation operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

• Managing the organization's taxation strategy, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and coordinating with external tax advisers as needed.

• Preparing and presenting accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses to Management.

• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making

• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll, benefits, and employee-related financial matters

• Liaising with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and resolve any financial or taxation matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation

• Minimum 5 years experiences as Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager especially in manufacturing

• Extensive knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK), taxation regulations, and compliance requirements

• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and management accounting

• Strong proficiency with accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
