Finance Accounting and Tax Manager

About the role

The Accounting and Finance Manager oversees day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow monitoring, and monthly closing activities. The manager prepares financial statements and management reports, ensures compliance with local regulations and internal policies, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and cash flow monitoring

• Manage monthly closing activities company cash flow, expenses , payment proccess and financial transactions

• Prepare financial statements and management reports

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Manage audits and tax filings, review reconciliation pph 21 22 23 26 and corporate income tax calculation

• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions

• Collaborate with regional and headquarters finance teams

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and effective resource management

• Liaise with Internal and External Auditor

• Collaborate with other department related to finance and accounting matters
