Finance, Accounting & TAX

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Perform bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation.

• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and cash flow management.

• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

• Coordinate with banks, internal teams, and external auditors.

• Identify financial discrepancies and recommend improvements to financial processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and account reconciliation.

• Familiarity with month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.

• Familiar with ERP or accounting systems and internet banking.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
