Finance & Accounting Manager ( Bahasa Mandarin)

About the role

A highly competent, detail-oriented, and results-driven Finance & Accounting Manager (BAHASA MANDARIN / HSK 4-5) to oversee the company's financial operations and ensure effective financial management, accurate reporting, and strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all finance and accounting activities of the company.

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and periodic financial reports.

• Manage the company's cash flow, including cash receipts, payments, and funding requirements.

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and budget realization.

• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to Management to support business decision-making.

• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders.

• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and other financial transactions.

• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Monitor tax compliance and ensure the company fulfils its tax obligations accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other relevant parties.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with previous experience in a Finance Manager or managerial position preferred.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and taxation.

• Good understanding of applicable Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prepare, review, and analyze comprehensive financial statements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, accountability, and organizational skills.

Salary Package = IDR 17.000.000 - IDR 25.000.000
