Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor (Food Production)

About the role

This role involves supervising day-to-day accounting and taxation activities, preparing and reviewing financial accounting records and reports, and ensuring timely and accurate tax calculation, reporting, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day accounting and taxation activities

• Prepare and review financial accounting records and reports

• Ensure timely and accurate tax calculation, reporting, and compliance

• Handle monthly and annual tax reporting and related documentation

• Review tax reconciliation and identify potential tax issues

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, including tax consultants and auditors when required

• Support tax audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations

• Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations

• Assist in improving accounting and tax processes and internal controls

• Supervise and provide guidance to accounting/tax team members

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, preferably with supervisory experience

• Experience leading a team

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and accounting principles

• Experience in FMCG, Food manufacturing, retail, or similar industries is highly preferred

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills are a plus

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and hardworking

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willing to work and be based around Bekasi/Cikarang
