Kualifikasi :

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management/ Communication/IT.

- 2-3 years experience as Trainer/Sales Supervisor in smartphone/retail industry.

- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and digital learning tools.

- Develop and deliver product & sales training for staff and partners.

- Monitor, coach, and evaluate team performance in the field.

- Prepare training reports and improvement plans.

- Support product launches, events, and corporate initiatives.

- Willing to travel and work with target orientation.
