Factory Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for the entire factory operations, ranging from production planning, human resource management, quality control, cost efficiency, to achievement of company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all factory operational activities

• Develop production plans in accordance with company targets

• Oversee production processes to ensure they run effectively, efficiently, and on time

• Ensure product quality standards comply with SOP and company specifications

• Control the use of raw materials, labour, and operational costs

• Conduct productivity evaluations and implement efficiency improvement programs (Continuous Improvement/Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing)

• Coordinate with PPIC, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and Finance divisions

• Oversee machine maintenance implementation and ensure production facility readiness

• Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) and compliance with company regulations

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production, efficiency, quality, and KPI achievement

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years experience as Factory Manager or minimum 8 years in manufacturing at Supervisor/Manager level

• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing production systems

• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement

• Understanding of PPIC, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and Cost Control

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to manage large production teams

• Accustomed to working with KPI targets and deadlines

• Able to operate Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experienced in preparing operational reports

• Willing to work full time and be placed in Bandung
