Export Import Staff - Pekalongan Area

Tanggung jawab

1. Conduct customs declaration process for local or sub-contract of Bonded Zone for manufacture company
2. Check and make sure all cargo delivery declaration process is running smoothly
3. Conduct communicate with supervisors, factory staffs, customs officers, and etc.
4. Provide, review, compare and analyze data for any internal or external needs such as Customs/ or Tax audit

Persyaratan

1. Minimum Diploma degree in international Trade or any major.
2. Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skill.
3. Focused and detail-minded
4. Familiar with English skill is a plus
5. Good communication and problem solving skills
6. Familiar with IT Inventory system, CEISA 4.0 and SAP system is a plus
7. Familliar with kind of custum document (BC) such us: BC 2.6.1, BC 2.6.2, BC 2.7, BC 4.0, BC 4.1 is a plus
8. Working placement for Pekalongan, Central Java
