Tanggung jawab

1. Monitor environmental regulatory compliance in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Manage and maintain environmental monitoring data (waste, water, and air) in the KLHK SIMPEL system.
3. Support internal and external environmental audits and inspections (e.g., PROPER, DLH/KLHK supervision, buyers).
4. Collect data and assist in submitting environmental reports to government authorities.
5. Prepare and manage environmental and energy reports for Headquarters (system/manual).
6. Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRADC / JSA).
7. Support the development and implementation of safety management systems (e.g., SOP, Permit to Work).
8. Perform site safety inspections (construction, equipment, electrical, fire protection).
9. Assist in incident investigations and corrective actions (Root Cause Analysis).
10. Support contractor safety management and compliance.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Public Health, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience (any field, excluding internship); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Basic understanding of environmental systems and permits (SIMPEL KLHK, PROPER, etc.).
4. Basic knowledge of WWTP/IPAL, waste management, and pollution control equipment.
5. Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Intermediate level of English (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
7. Good communication and coordination skills.
8. Willing to travel for business purposes.
9. ESH-related certifications are a plus (not mandatory).
