Enterprise Business Solution Department Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive revenue growth through new business development and recurring business opportunities.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with existing customers.

- Develop at least five new clusters, supported by signed Cooperation Agreements (PKS), Term Sheets, or Minutes of Agreement (BAK).

- Ensure complete and accurate data entry in company systems in accordance with established requirements.

- Evaluate business potential and identify strategic partnership opportunities to increase revenue.

- Ensure all end-to-end Enterprise Solutions processes, from customer acquisition to after-sales service, are completed within established timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in any major.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise business.

- Experience in enterprise business calculations and commercial analysis.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Good complaint handling, technology proficiency, networking, and public speaking skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Proven leadership experience in managing a team or business unit.
