English Translator

About the role

English Translator position with PT Mega Akses Antar Bangsa (AMPM Sworn Translator), translating documents and providing language services between Indonesian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Translate documents from Indonesian to English and vice versa
• Conduct quality checks on translation results
• Ensure accuracy of terminology, grammar, format, and document context
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding document needs and revisions
• Maintain confidentiality of all client documents and information
• Complete work according to specified quality standards and deadlines

About you

• Minimum S1 qualification in English Literature or equivalent
• Active English language proficiency, both spoken and written
• Ability to translate between Indonesian and English effectively
• Strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and language structure
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain consistency in translation results
• Able to work to targets and deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Translation experience is an added value
