Engineering Manager

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical and electronic engineering projects from inception to delivery

• Lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance support

• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures

• Conduct technical reviews and assessments of project designs and implementations

• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives

• Monitor project progress and identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Engineering Manager

• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from conception through completion

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical and electronic systems, design principles, and industry best practices

• Excellent project management skills, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning

• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring and developing engineering professionals

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations

• Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools

• Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is preferred
