Operation Manager Property

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing daily operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and facility management

• Coordinating with property teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs

• Managing lease agreements, rent collection processes, and tenant communications

• Monitoring property performance metrics, budgets, and expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and profitability

• Implementing and maintaining property management systems and procedures to streamline operations

• Conducting regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and lease requirements

• Resolving tenant issues and disputes in a professional and timely manner

• Preparing operational reports and performance analysis for senior management

• Ensuring compliance with local regulations, legal requirements, and company policies

• Training and supervising property management staff and on-site personnel

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in property management or commercial real estate operations

• Proven track record in managing multi-unit commercial properties or portfolio management

• Strong knowledge of property management systems, lease agreements, and commercial real estate practices

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, staff, and stakeholders

• Financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting

• Problem-solving abilities and demonstrated capability to handle complex operational challenges

• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of Balinese property market and local regulations is highly desirable

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential

• Professional certification in property management (such as CPM or equivalent) is preferred
